Didcot Railway Centre - 1940's Event
On Monday 6th May 2024, Cllr Axel Macdonald attended the Didcot Railway Centre 1940's Event. There were some fantastic reenactors on the day and the Mayor thoroughly enjoyed the event. The Railway Centre hope to do it again in 2025.
Guides Mayday Fair
On Monday 6th May 2024 the Mayor of Didcot, Cllr Axel Macdonald attended his last official engagement as the the Mayor of Didcot at The Guides annual fair at Didcot Civic Hall. The event was well attended and the Mayor helped draw the raffle.
Abingdon Town Council Mayor Making
On Wednesday 15th May 2024 the newly elected Mayor of Didcot, Cllr Andrew Jones attended the Abingdon Town Council Mayor making at St Helen's Church, Abingdon where he got to meet the new Mayor of Abingdon Cllr Gabby Barody.
An Angel of Gracie 5th Anniversary
On Wednesday 15th May 2024 the Mayor popped into the An Angel of Gracie 5 year anniversary charity event at Loose Cannon Brewery to help raise money for the charity. We hope lots of money was raised for the charity.
Cherwell District Council Full Council Meeting
On Wednesday 22nd May 2024, The Mayor, Cllr Andrew Jones attended the Cherwell District Council Full Council meeting where he got to meet other newly elected Mayors. The ceremony took place at Bodicote House Banbury.
