Hold an event on our land
Didcot Town Council should be informed of any organised events proposing to be held on any/all Council owned/managed land.
If you would like to hold an event on Didcot Town Council land, please read the 'Application Process' and the 'Council Land Standard T&Cs of Hire' at the links below and then complete the 'Expression of interest to use council land' form at the bottom of the page.
Please Note: Your event may require one or more specific licenses. Please check what is required for your event at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/alcohol-licensing#overview
If you are unhappy with the decision made by the Environment and Climate Committee regarding your application, please follow the 'Events on Council Land Appeals Procedure'.
