OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DIDCOT AREA) SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that on 9 October 2023 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 16 October introduces a 40mph speed limit in place of the National 60mph speed limit, as follows.

1. B4016 Lady Grove – from the Appleford junction southwards to the existing 30mph speed limit,
2. Sires Hill and B4016 – from a point 350 metres east of the Appleford junction, westwards for a distance of 800 metres.

The Oxfordshire County Council (Didcot Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2023 is revoked/ replaced.
